When you consider that Yankton had a major flood just over 5 years ago, you'd look at this area and never guess it. The grounds are emaculate and the structures are really neat. Just being able to see the recreation of the first capital building was fun, along with local artists' pieces scattered throughout the area. It's right off the bike trail and an easy walk to it, so there's no excuse to pass this one up.
